New Panama City has been the capital of Central America since the defeat of the Gran Colombians. Those arriving by sea will first have to stop at the Colon Naval Base. You will see a naval base at works with docked patrol boats and retrofitted cargo ships. Delegates entering from here will then board a nearby rail station where private train’s cars have been assembled for the delegates.

Alternatively if you come from the West you will arrive at the Port of New Panama.

Once inside the r ide will only take 30 minutes. As it moves along you will get an observation of Central America. Lush forests filled with exotic flora/fauna never seen to others who have never been here. You will see small villages as you pass.

Alternatively if you come by air, you will land at the New Panama Airport, an airbase reserved for elites and them military. You will see biplanes and soldiers marching around. The first sights from air you see are towering skyscraqers of New Panama, as neon lights come from the skyscraqers. A Neon flickering sign saying Welcome delegates of the Caribbean for the Central American Co-Prosperity Conference. The city has a mix of neo-modern style architecture and Spanish architecture. The city gives off an Old world feeling as your personal limo car drives around the city. Beaches, nightclubs are also present in the city.

You will then arrive at the Autarchs Mansion with the http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/8640/43yn.jpg waving over it. The flag having optimistic color of Yellow and Blue gives a hint to the nation along with the darker negative colors red and black. The mansion is beautiful with a garden. Once inside you walk in its luxurious halls with artwork from the old and the new world. You will also see the portraits of each Autarch of Central America, looking proud and giving off a nationalistic feel.

Once there you will go to the Autarch Conference room were seat are arranged circularly. Before sitting down, the Autarchs secretary will ask for your names, what part of the Caribbean you inhabit and your nation’s name. Once then you can take a seat and wait for the Autarch to arrive.
