the first time i played honest hearts i did it with an existing game. and i was able to buy .45 ammo at a couple of vendors in the mojave. however, i started a new game recently with all the DLC and i have yet to see any vendors sell .45 ammo. do i have to do the DLC for it to show up in new games? (i dont want to yet becauase i want to do vault 34 first because of someone that is in the HH dlc. thanks in advance.

Yeah, you need to return to the Mojave. J-Gramz needs to feel special sitting on a stockpile of .45s before you do.

I'm having a similar problem in that I cant buy 12.7 ammo,5.57 and 5mm.
