Heya all,

I am about 14-15 into my game and have started to notice that the shops that I come across are not restocking ammo.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Is my game (360), bugged, or does it take longer than 3-4 days for a shops ammo to restock?
If anyone has any knowledge, thoughts or ideas on this please post a reply

Have you tried resting in an indoor location for 4 days, then going back and looking?

(Vendors are restocking ammo on the PC version just fine.)

I just tried that and rested for a few days (like 5-6) and they have just restocked, I rarely rest, so that must be it. Thanks for the advice, I was worried that I had been hit with a bug!
Oh, and I love this game, its awsm.

The way that respawn in Fallout 3 and Oblivion and FO:NV works is that a cell (and all actors within it) will reset 3+ days after your last visit.

Stay away from the cell for 3 full game days, and everything will reset. Visit even once, and the timer goes back to zero. Which is very easy to do by accident in outdoor locations because boundaries are not marked.

(Which is why we say, "go to an indoor location, rest for 4 days". It ensures that you're not sitting and resting in the same cell that you're trying to reset.)
