I installed the patch 1.4.0.525 and all of a sudden, ammo spread reduction stopped working. Like, take 50mg M ammo, it always had better percentage in vats than other ammo or other weapons, but now it's exactly the same, same issue with 357 handload ammo. The ammo description still says "spread reduction", but in practice, no improvement. I thought, maybe it's caused by some mod, removed all mods, still the same issue. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
