I retrieved a side quest from Volkikhar to retrieve two amulets. Amulet of gargoyle and amulet of bats. The first i have, but for the second amulet I am suppose to go to Solsteim in Ashfallow Citadel. Strangly enough their is a stone doorway which is closed and I can't seem to find a chain or lever to open that door. Anybody who done this quest knows the answer to this mystery.

Ashflow Citadel is wuest5 locked. Its a part of the quests on Solstheim.

I would recommend loading a save before the loading screen that leads the person that gave you that quest. Yiu might grt a different location.

What if I would do the ash spawn quest?

Then you'll find the amulet in the boss chest. You have to do a couple of quests to ve able to access Ashfall Citadel.

I have to do them anyhow. I have done them before. Yeah, i have to assist Capt. Vereth first with a few things. How do I get this quest started again? Should I talk to the second council, forgot his name.
