I don't get it. How does the movie Avatar make those things happen? Is it because they defend themselves from invaders?

Those things are happening anyway, due to progress and or greed. The Chinese people sympathise with the plight of those blue guys as they feel they are in a similar position, millions are being evicted, not just this guy. The film wasn't dangerous really in itself, but the Chinese government doesn't like anything that seems to protest. Um better stop there.
So this story is very important in that he is representative of the trauma of China's changes on the little guy. Got to admire him, though I suspect he may be a bit deranged. :)

This man is my hero.

This, I now hold this guy in high respect, atfirst I thought "WTF" but now I know the full story I really do think this guy is great.

I dont understand how a film would cause trouble, the chinese would already know about the issues, so I dont see how a film would suddenly bring attention to them. Well you guys arent missing much anyway, dancing with wolves looked better.

I need to buld some kind of spotlight like the bat man one, just with a G, Gstaff please show this idea to the devs, it must be in the next fallout game :D Oh and make the guy an unkillable character, mainly because I hate it when chacters I like die.

If the guy adds a beer fridge to his tower, I'd totally join him. I'd even show him how to make exploding tennis balls from gunpowder and strike-anywhere matches. Might come in handy.

I can show him how to make a bomb out of a roll of toilet paper and a stick of dynamite.

Second link wont load.
Anyway, I agree with the gov or whoever was against renaming a mountain after a film, its stupid to do such a thing. But I still dont see how it would get people talking, because im sure people were already talking about these issues. Anyway politics so we cant say much about that topic.

Anyway if we are naming things after movies, I wan that guy to name his land el presidio, he just needs a few more towers.

We've gotten into modern day politics here, so I will lock this before anyone gets themselves in hot water.
