Well here's a mod that adds an Egyptian style texture to Elven armor. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/5065/? I don't know if it's based off of something ancient but maybe you'd like that.

Ah yes, I had forgotten about the armour re-texture.

The weapon mod is kind of nice, but I was hopeing there would be something more along the lines of Inpou.
