I'm about to make a new character. Since release I've played a Ranger/Thief/Assassin, a Pure Mage, Battle Mage, Sword and Board, and Dual Wield. I've even played around a little bit with a Thieving Archer/Mage combo. I'm about to make a 2H Heavy Armor guy. I've only used Heavy Armor for my Sword and Board. I'm wondering, does the block skill transfer over to 2H blocks? Obviously the perks that have to do with the shield being out won't, but I'm wondering about...say the first perk in the tree, the one that says blocking is +% more effective. Will that transfer over to my 2H or is it just with a shield? I don't want to dump points in it if it doesn't make any difference.

I would assume that anything that doesn't specifically mention a shield mean blocking in-general, but I'm curious about this too.

I figured it was this but I wanted to make sure real quick before I went through the time with him and started putting points into the tree.

quick reflexes is pretty fun with a 2 hander

Quick reflexes is great to have when dealing with frost trolls.
