Well, Obsidian managed to fix the "Oh My Papa" problems on the PS3 with this new patch, but the rest of these issues still remain:



Side Quest - You can Depend on Me: Doctor Hildern has no Dialogue options to further this quest.
Reason: Finished "There stands the grass" before attempting this quest.
Note: Also unable to finish "Birds of a feather" because of this.


Side Quest - The Coyotes: Saint James is not at the Casa Madrid apartments, but according to the Marker, inside the Strip and nowhere to be found.
Reason: No idea. He seems to have slipped into an alternate dimension.


Perk - Scribe Counter: Even if I give Veronica Formal Wear, she doesn't teach me the move.
Reason: No idea. Screen fades to black then fades back in and nothing else happens.

Well what do you know! I fast traveled to Novac, and when I got near Ranger Andy's bungalow, Raul started conversation! I tried before, and Raul didn't do anything. Well, that's one less glitch to check off the list...

Just trying to cut down on the number of duplicate topics on this sub-forum.
