Who else thinks that the perk "And Stay Down" is overpowered i mean i got the perk and fought the legendary deathclaw with it and i completely destroyed it while it was knocked down. I thinks its fair to have at least one OP perk right?

It's not OP when you use it on an enemy with the Stonewall perk and it completely and utterly fails you as they eat your face off.

I think it is for the faster shotguns like the riot shotgun.

I only take the perk on characters where I only use the hunting shotgun or lever action.
