Andreas Jensen is the sister of Adam Jensen, the protagonist of Deus Ex Human Revolution.
But seriously, I know 99% of Crysis 2's back-story and have never heard of that name.
Maybe Andreas was mentioned in an email? That's a gap in my knowledge, I can't be bothered collecting them. Too much sliding and jumping to do.

i have the same question ,but no one seems to know!!!!1
andreas jensen name appears in masks off level when we are talking to hargreave and using visor we look at the escavation tools and tagging them
