Now that we've got that out of the way let's see what else is on the docket today...
Oh yeah, you and your "further action" nonsense. I never said I was posting anyone's contact info anywhere. If I were able to obtain any contact info, the info would have to have been posted on the internet (made public) with the intent being for customers to use said information to contact Crytek staff. Contacting Crytek staff regarding a fix to a bug is hardly "malicious". Ripping off customers who paid hard-earned cash for something under the assumption that it would work properly, however, is malicious.
So pat yourself on the back, Cry-Tom, you've earned yourself one FTC complaint if my questions are not answered by the end of week #3. I do feel that five weeks is ample time for information to be revealed regarding this simple matter. Although I will have to check into the specifics of filing a complaint with the FTC and determine whether or not it is an appropriate venue to express complaint. Be assured, I will share my findings here so others can also file complaints if necessary.
On a similar note: I will also be posting my letters to Crytek staff here so that others can copy/paste them and e-mail then to the appropriate parties themselves when the time comes. I will be true to my word and I will make it as easy as I can for others to complain along with me. WE WILL NOT LET THIS BE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG WHILE CRYTEK KEEPS PUSHING OUT SOFTWARE IN A MARKET WHICH HAS BECOME A NEAR CONSTANT CASH GRAB. FIX THIS ACHIEVEMENT!
