I was exploring and minding my own business when I was attacked by what can only be described as an animal frenzy.

Basically Two cave bears and a wolf attacked me at the same time. I killed the wolf with my first swing and I was flanked by a giant spider. I killed one bear and a Spriggan came running around the corner and joined in. The strangest thing is when I killed them all I could still see a red dot on my overview so I ran towards it and it was a fox. That is the first fox I have seen aggress on my travels.

This seems to have been a one off in my 25+ hours of gameplay. Anyone experienced similar?

Shot a mammoth once with a bow. 3 mammoth and a giant charged me as a response. Fired away aprox. 500 arrows, and ran a marathon.

That happened probably because they were all manipulated by the Spriggan.

That does make sense now that you mention it. I guess it has been too long since I encountered a Spriggan (that is my first in Skyrim so far).

Spriggans manipulate wildlife (animals manipulated by them have a small green glow). Been attacked by foxes and deers when spriggans are around
