I would like to see a mod that makes a tavern get more rowdy by the hour. in the day it would be calm, and towards the later hours of the night it would be more packed and loud. all of this would have animations.

Holy moly priests are no longer hypocrites in Morrowind, now they pray.

Eh, if it were an Orc, no one would be complaining about gross eating noises. I think its fantastic. Nice work, AA.

The animation itself is one thing, but is it not going to be a big tedious job applying it to all the NPCs?

Great animation! Its so natural, and I dont think eating sounds are gross - hey, its Morrowind, not 21-th century where we eat accurately and quiet. I think it sounds exactly how it sounded in medieval when people ate. I think sounds are picked perfectly

When I visit my dad's side of the family for christmas, that is what it sounds like. Perfectly acceptable sounds for a tavern, maybe a Redoran Noble wouldn't sound that way, but a commoner or slaver would.

This is totally AWESOME. FINALLY librarians will look like librarians, smiths like smiths and idiots like idiots. Fantastic work, this will become a priority once released.

it is an animation, so I can attach it to any Npc. :) Maybe in the final release it'll be an orc.

I want to make also another eating animation to use for nobles, and they'll eat with fork and knife :)

Mmm... makes me hungry!

In regards to commoners' vs nobles' eating etiquette and noise level: I would think both just as capable of bad table manners as well as good - and the noble, given his stature and want for center of attention, would probably exaggerate more so. :cheat:

Well done!
Hopefully that bit of stuttered movement near the end is because of fraps?

Perhaps instead of the standard hands together, have the worshiper fold their arms across the chest with palms against the shoulders?

Yes the stutter is because of Fraps because everytime it records my game slows down. Well I was going to make a daedra worshiper have a different praying animation so I guess I could use what you recommend for that.

A lot of people make the mistake that there is only one major form of worship in Morrowind when in reality there's about three: The temple, the Imperial Cult, and the Daedric Cult. Probably the main reason this is a common mistake is due to the fact that the Imperial Cult is hardly ever mentioned or dealt with in the main quest. I could never figure out why, either. But my point is that you should make three styles of praying; one for each sect or religion.

Nice, though to be honest, its hard to see that they are praying and not just headbutting walls in that video. :P

That's kinda disrespectful, though I'm not a Jew I still show respect towards their religion.

I agree with Tarous, and my family is partially Jewish. It may be different, but it's no weirder than any other custom out there. But I'm not going to get off-topic. I think it could be good, but probably would be best to make the motion be bit slower with some arm gestures. I see Daedra worship as something more ritualistic, so perhaps you could get some chanting in tongues to go with the animation.

I imagine Daedra worshippers worshipping in form of looking up at their statues and opening their arms while kneeling as if to receive some form of blessing, after this raise thing, they'd go back down into a crouched on-the-floor position, kinda weird to explain really.

Some things that would just add to atmosphere:
*people Juggling
*doing handstands and or flick flack's
*Spinning staff(maybe make it the weapon they are holding?)

Look at the game The Witcher for inspiration, the cities in that game, at least the bigger one is super awesome =)

(Also they have people whistling tunes while they walk).

Well I was eventually make some exercising animations like pushups, one arm pushups, and sparring. As for spinning a staff I don't know how you could do that unless you animate the weapon, but if you animate the staff it will always spin even when the NPC does not perform the Idle.

OT: I checked out your videos on youtube with the nunckuck like things I'm not sure what dancing it's called, but it looks cool and I bet you have some serious skills with real nunchucks. :P

Darn, I can't figure out how to add keyframes properly, whenever I move the bones and object to the next pose, it changes the first frame too...

Oh, did I say I was trying to animate? :hehe:
