I thought about the taverns, but there are many mods that change them, so I scare mine wouldn't be used due to conflicts... I'll have a better look at these other mods, to see how I can add something without conflicts
there are two kind of sitting npc mod. one is "sitting pant" , the other use sitting animation made by RX31 like this.

They work great , but there are issues with these two.
the "sitting pant" replace npc/player's pant with the sitting one. only one sitting pant mesh and there is no better bodies sitting pant.......
the new sitting animation made by RX31: it is difficult to position a npc sitting correctly with a chair, because a chair have collision.
And......when the npc sitting, their arms doesn't look nature. imagine in real world, a man/women may/should put his/her forarm above table while sitting.
is it possable to attach item to animation ? for example: when sitting animation perform, a chair mesh[a dummy chair] suddenly appear[when a real chair near disable, this is a script chair allready in game] while the npc sitting right correct in it and when npc stand up the chair disapear[the real chair enable].
