Animated water mill

So I'm using animated water mill (at least the animation is there in the cs), however, in-game that mill is static. If it matters, I imported it as an activator.

Check flags of keyframe controllers in nifskope, maybe they're set to "clamp", meaning animation does only play once. At the time you arrive at the mill ingame, animation may already have played.

Also check again in CS if you have not wrongly chosen the xnif as your artfile!!!

Using as activator is ok!!! ;)
