animation losing detail

Ive been making some attack animations for a custom creautre, however when they play in-game they seem to lose a heap of infomation....the volient attacks look like my creature is just mildly swing in he gerenal direction rather then attacking with any force. The animations play fine in blender and nifskope, but in the CS and in-game they are missing a heap of movement.

For example, I've noticed that often bones dont move to the full angle like they should, or move at the speed they should. For example I have a jaw bone that supposed to close then open up again, it starts to close, gets about halfway shut then opens again. It makes the bite animation look really pathetic. I've put alot fo fine detail onto the animations and none of it really shows, only the big movements, and they arent full excuted.

I cant understand why this is happening.....
