Animation problem with Blender

Hi all, I'm trying to make some new animation for NoM (mainly drunkards or people eating at a table) but I've a little problem. Note that i already did a couple of test animations some months ago and they worked quite well, so I don't understand where the problem is. :confused:

However...
I did a really simple animation:

Someone ever saw a problem like this before?
