I saw some videos on YouTube had anime-voiced characters.
I searched on TesNexus for mods changing voices, but found only one mod with original anime voices ("Elves anime voices") and some of it modifications.

Can somebody point me to mods that change taunts, power attack, maybe environmental voice of character to anime like?

I have a race mod that has sounds that would qualify as "anime-like" I'll look at the readme and see if the author credited anyone for them.

Edit: nope, seems the author of the voice set was unknown for the race mod's author too.
