With companions Confirmed I have to ask - what will the quality of companion AI be ? will it be like fallout where they were either invincible / got in the way constantly or is it still on a run towards a deathclaw with a tire iron kinda intelligence ? :cryvaultboy:

I just dont want to have to make sure my companion is on passive to stop him dragging a horde of enemies who didnt even notice me, to now come and kill me :sadvaultboy:

Is the AI at a level where the characters won't take part in a murder suicide :obliviongate: or a constantly get in your way and stand in front of the door and are too oblivious to move , has is improved ? :disguise:

how will taverns function in skyrim, will there be drunken singing and tavern brawls? card/dart games?

Will there be Necromancy spells in the Conjuration skill now? For example, reanimate from oblivion.

What exactly do the Dragon Souls you absorb do, if you get the actual words for the shouts from the dragon-shrine walls?


Can you tell us anything about Vampirism and/or Lycanthropy in Skyrim?

Are there stats on gear that actually raise magic damage this time, not just mana?

It's rumored that telekinesis is a lot more versatile this time - does it have combat applications now?

Hey Bethesda Game Studios!

Will the Imperial Legion make a return in Skyrim, considering it was absent in Oblivion?
Have you made any other improvements to Radiant AI, besides watching npcs fight over a sword and making them angry by making a mess in their home?
Will there be a loyalist faction and separatist faction (considering the civil war) that is very similar to the NCR and Legion of New Vegas?
Can we expect to see a return to randomly-placed rare items in Skyrim similar to Morrowind?

I was wondering if you were implementing player made traps in to the game where you could set them up, then lure an enemy back to them causing it to be set off.

Kind of like the frag mines in FO3 but this time with bear traps or a trip-wire system with a bow and arrow waiting to be launched.

- Will there be eating animations for people / our hero / monsters ?
- Will there be *dense* forests, unlike what we've seen in the recent screenshots ?
- How long will it take us to complete every quest in Skyrim ?
- Are there any loading screens for entering caves, buildings, or ruins ?

2. Is the prospect of lycanthropy looking positive thus far?

3. Any information on the new character creation e.g. tattoos, scars, facial hair etc.

4. Do perks revolve solely around skills or are there various miscellanous perks aswell?

We have heard about how the detection system will be different in Skyrim. We have been told that you are trying to get stop instant detection while stealthed. That being said, are you also getting rid of ESP bluetooth-wearing guards? If we get caught doing a crime does it need to be reported first or does every single guard instantly know you committed a crime? Will we be given a chance to pursue and either bribe or kill the witness before we have a bounty? A lot of fans on the boards would like to know this, thank you!

Yeah , this would really add playthrough value and be way more fun , being the head of the mages , theives and fighters guild all at the same time didnt seem that realistic and i think we all felt like a kid who ate his dessert first and realised all he had left was lima beans and brocolli . So unnapealling , the dark brotherhood was an exception as you never knew who was in it and it was a secretive organization like the remnants in New Vegas but the three main guilds shouldnt have all been open to the player on the first playthrough

I know this isnt asking a question , i just want to add more to your point cus I agree whole-heartedly :D it would certainly make your character feel more unique anyways and be way more immersive :)

oh and i previously double posted in this discussion , sorry bout that :(

1) Will there be a collectors edition? If yes, can you tell some more about it? I myself hope there will be a figurine.
2) Can you explain some more about the ‘jobs’, such as woodcutting, mining, cooking, etc. Will there be a system in which you level up within each job, which doesn’t effect your overal level.
3) Will there be companions, such as in Fallout 3 / New Vegas, with a background story or will there be a new ‘companion-system.’

About carriages: are they in real time (like in RDR) with an option to skip to destination, or ar they like Silt Striders?
* if they are like silt striders, are they completely static (a la Morrowind) or they come and go with a schedule (like the boats in World of Warcraft)?

About the border: will we still get on screen messages like "you can't go that way"?

About character creation: can we pick a voice (from a list) for our character?

About the content: is there any game content (story, quests) that might be locked for a character based on race/faction/politics allegiances/morality/choices? Or one can experience all the content in one single play? I'm thinking of replayability.

How expansive is the taxi system? Is it possible to get to most generla areas like Morrowind or a downgrade since the game also features Fallout 3 like magic map style fast travel?

- to what extent is the team trying to make morality a bit more grey in Skyrim compared to Oblivion which was straight up good vs evil?

- what's the deal with fast travel?

- can we be werewolves? Vampires?

- what mature themes are being explored now that TES is embracing a mature rating? Will we see drugs and prostitution in Skyrim's underbelly?

- can you clarify what Todd meant when he said that Skyrim doesn't have spears "in the traditional sense"?

- can we really not block when wielding a sword and a spell simultaneously?

Sorry if these have already been asked numerous times. Just declaring my interest ;)

Are there any unique artifacts (Morrowind) scattered in the world that are not targeted by any quests?

Are there hidden treasures that are not hinted at and can only be discovered by exploration?

Can assassins use disguise and get away with the crimes?

Can the guards arrest npcs this time, or every petty crime is punished by death?
