1. Will Skyrim still feature a "one hour instant heal" as there was in Oblivion, where you could wait for as little as one game hour, and be completely healed.
2. Will Guilds be better woven into the world of Skyrim? While the actual quests of Oblivion weren't bad by any stretch, they felt insular against the world itself, though there may have been an exception or two (Imp gall mission comes to mind). Comparatively, in Morrowind, all the Guild questlines formed an intricate network of relationships, usually founded around core NPC's (IE, Duke Dren). This gave a sense of weight to the actions, even if nothing profound came out of them.
3. The mechanics of Stealth in Bethesda's games have made great technological strides from Morrowind, to Oblivion, to Fallout 3, of that there is no Question. However, Oblivion failed to compel thief-type characters to take advantage of the much improved systems, by creating a world mostly devoid of temptation. (Ex: Great House Vaults. Scatted, high-quality equipment). Is this something that has been considered, and addressed in some way?
4. Fallout 3 and New Vegas has relatively stable economies, though not Perfect. Part of the stabilizing aspect is the material consumption (Ammo, Weapon parts), Economy improvements have been noted in various interviews as more than an afterthought, will Skyrim apply lessons to either game, to give more value to the game's currency, and greater weight towards the decisions to harm or help an individual settlements economy?
5. Has there been any strides in improving the feel of unique weapon variants among weapons of roughly the same type? (Example-1Hand-Swords: Short Swords, Long Swords, Akaviri Katana, Cutlass), and even more effort in improving the feel of vastly different weapons? (Example-2Handed: Claymore, GreatAxe, Warhammer).
6. How the heck is Encumbrance calculated now, with attributes pulled?
7. Scaling and Equipment Progression: In Oblivion, the vast, vast majority of Humanoids leveled with the player, and progressively gained better equipment, eventually capping out on the Glass and Daedric armors, causing these items to be more common than the lowest tier of equipment, and greatly reducing the prestige and allure of the items. Fallout 3 partially addressed the issue with, what I'd call "General Issue" Bandit and solider apparel. Is the former, or the later the approach being opted for in Skyrim, or something different altogether?
