will there be dismemberment? limb damage , ya know like cripple the shield arm prevents the shield being used, leg, character limps? :smile: thanks!

With the new perk and skills system, how will you learn new spells and what is inhibiting you from casting high level spells at lower levels (e.g.Magicka, skill requirement, perk requirement, level requirement)

Does a perk unlock a spell or make it more powerful? Do people teach you new spells? Do you get the ability to cast new spells at higher skill levels (25,50,75 like Oblivion)?

I think I can answer a few of those for you.
1. Don't see the point, the only way to lose money is spend it. Unless they add some new death penalty.
2. Unlikely, that would be several new models, scaling for each item, etc.
3. Confirmed that its not included, because levitation would ruin many of the dungeon designs.
4. Don't think theres an answer yet.
5. Most likely, its been in every TES game.
6. Most likely, if I'm right, in a demo, an enemy that todd was facing summoned one.
7. Not likely, without mods. I'm guessing that Beth still wants to maintain an M rating, and nudity ( birth-holes, man-noodles, and fanny-tunnels) would bump it up a level, and most stores don't sell games over M. I'm not sure about nips, since God of War 3 pulled it off, but I'd doubt it. And as-long as there's not visual representation of six (via Fable or Mass effect), then it can still keep its M rating.

Hej there Bethesda my question for you is,

Will there be a hardcoe mode in skyrim ala New Vegas, Where eating, Sleeping, Drinking is a need to survive for me that added so much more RP to the game. i think it makes the game last longer (if this question has been asked before... im sorry for asking it again, but i would like to know )

I don't Think thats needed, Because custom races Go fine with armor, Even with custom armor. I think TES scales it automatically.

Is it possible in the future to release a DLC or at least try out the possibilities of co-op? i understand how a MMO skyrim would not work, but 2 player co op would work really well in my opinion

It could work well if they upped the difficulty and added some penalties.Since you pretty much face one enemy at a time (most of the time) then having two characters would be game breakingly easy.

I'm all for an online arena. One on One fights would be great.

The frost giant Karstaag in Bloodmoon was designated a unique special creature. There was only one Karstaag (therefore, one frost giant) in the entire expansion and you kill him during the main quest. There are only two frost giants mentioned in history. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Frost_Giant I'm not sure what over 200 years does to a possibly endangered species that might exist on only one island. My questions concern the faction system:

1. How many playable factions?

2. Are there "relationships" between factions, like in Morrowind, or will they be more stand-alone like in Oblivion?

3. Will the stories be more linear and cinematic, like in Oblivion, or will player choices have some impact on faction's long term interests, like in Morrowind?

I'd want to know how crime and punishment will work in Skyrim; there has been really good ideas posted here, and I think that most of us agree on Morrowind's and Oblivion's being too simple. I'd like to know if will it be some kind of "investigations", or at least some kind of "clue" thing for guards to catch you.

So attributes are out.

Will I be able to make a character that is faster than others?

Will I be able to make a character that is more agile than others?

If not directly, how will faster, stronger, or more agile be represented in the game?

How will battle music work?
Will it fade in/out or will it start instantly?
Also, will the battle music start as soon as an enemy detects you or when the enemy first hits you?
Finally, will battle music a seperatetly togglable setting under audio options?
