Announcing the Skyrim Fan Interview # 4

Couple of questions:

1. Will fast travel be more like Daggerfall or Oblivion? Personally even if I'll predominantly use the travel system, I'd like a deeper and more realistic fast travel.
2. Speaking of travel systems, I read you were going to add one, but will it only be say, a carriage system and nothing more, or will we be able to use Mages Guild teleportation, spells or boats?
3. Will non-level locked artifacts return? Artifacts which are not necessarily related to Daedric princes or quests at all?
4. Will we have a journal more akin to a real journal, rather than a completed/uncompleted quests page? What I loved in Morrowind is that the game didn't tell you if you finished a quest or not, you could ignore everything or not complete anything without a page full of quests you don't want to do.
5. Will swimming and climbing be there as perks?
6. Will we have spears, throwing stars and such other weapons?
7. Will there be more or less dangerous areas like the Red Mountain?
8. Will there be very obscure quests which will require exploration of all sorts and thinking, rather than always be directed somewhere, kinda like the vampire cure quest of Morrowind?
9. Will we have an hardcoe mode in which we would be able to toggle the options we want?

How is training with trainers done in Skyrim? Are a majority of the trainers in more appropriate locations and the masters hidden away in epic locations compared to just living in town much like Oblivion did with its trainers? Is it still pay-for-a-point instant gratification or has it been revamped to where you have to prove your skills to them per session? Expanding on the immersive skill training idea, will the mastery quests be expanded to last after finding the master and have situations where that skill will be tested in unique ways?

Are children just NPCs like in Fallout 3, or are they playable?

I'm gathering that Skyrim expanded their borders into Morrowind. So my question is, does the playable region reflect this? And does that make Blacklight playable?

There's no confirmation that Skyrim has expanded its borders into Morrowind. In fact, a glimpse of the game map in Todd Howard's tour of Bethesda (for Game Informer) clearly shows the already established Skyrim borders. Compare http://www.uesp.net/wiki/File:Skyrim_map_Oblivion.jpg with the map seen in this video at about 2:42 http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2011/01/10/video-behind-the-scenes-of-skyrim.aspx

will the armor in skyrim be full outfits like in fallout? or will it be like oblivion and armor will be in individual parts? also, what do you plan on doing with hand to hand in skyrim, will there be cool finishing moves like choking or something like that?

I understand arrows will be alot harder to find in skyrim, does that mean using the bow will be more of a secondary means of combat?

I apologize if this has been asked already but,

in oblivion the invisibility/reflect damage/general leveling/alchemy/etc made must of the game extremely trivial. in what ways have you reduced this? like invisibility, a lot of the guards have life detection and don't like things in stealth, reflect damage is caped and you still are damaged, your poison arrow 1 shots the other players in the daedra arena.
