Any fix for this I've searched on google and been to many places, but nothing suggested works...

One suggestion was to get fus ro dah'd into a wall by one of the Gaulder bosses, but he wouldn't do the full shout that sends me flying..

Anybody got any other suggestions or a full fix, other than reloading and losing hours of progress?

Try this [from http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Elemental_Fury#Bugs]:

The wind sound effect may continue to loop once the shout is cast. This can be fixed by removing the weapons from the favorites list, selecting a Staff of Sparks through the normal menu, and using it on an actual target, then switch back to the old weapons. This may work with any staff, but its effect must hit an applicable target. Transforming into werewolves' Beast Form or vampire lord also fixes this.
