I just realised that Im forver stuck with the tutorial quest in my menu.

I skipped over it this time (after the shooting of the bottles) but it seems when i made some healing powder later on the quest was 'updated' and im stuck with the quest there now.

considering some of the problems people are having this is small, just thought i'd look for a quick answer to mark the quest as 'finsihed'
