If you clear out a mine then wait the appropriate time before mining it again it will show that the veins have ore but you have no ability to mine them. You can't press the mine button nor does smacking away with the attack button do anything for you. I found that leaving the mine and re-entering fixes this problem but this is a bug that needs to be fixed. Please fix this. Bethesda said they will be monitoring the boards. Of course this bug isn't as important as some of the others I would like to see fixed first.
