I have a problem in gameplay.

NPCs are using very annoying spell on me, that makes me quit this game. It's an auto target spell (they just cast it and its effect is on me. I cannot dodge it), doest shock damage over time and paralyzes me after some time. It's overpowered for enemies and I want to get rid of this stupid spell.

Mods that change things with magic in my load order are Skyre, Apocalyspse package and ASIS. I guest spell goes from Apocalypse. How can I disable this spell? I don't even know its name.
