Another frustrated Canadian consumer

I've been checking the topics here and it seems like Bethesda is not offering a solution for any of the Canadian consumers trying to play the DLC they paid for. They only ask us to call the number in the manual... but if all of us are having these problems, why not simply publish the solution here?

I have a BUS 30626 copy of the game and downloaded Dead Money from the Canadian PS Store (it says "English and French") some months ago and played it normally. Yesterday, I downloaded Honest Hearts (again, it is marked as English and French) but it didn't work. Not only that, but I tried to re-load one of the old Dead Money saves I've had and it is not working too! What is happening?

PLEASE if you are a Bethesda representative do not answer this post asking me to call your help desk, just answer all of us how to fix these bugs already! Thanks.
