I know there's other threads with this subject but i don't feel like resurrecting any old threads, a few days ago i was playing skyrim while battling a enemy i kept hitting "v" to bring up vats and wondering why it wasn't coming up, I finally remembered i wasn't playing fallout nv (which i have been playing too much of).
