System info first:

* iPhone 6S

* iOS 9.1

* Did not delete or reinstall game for fear of losing all current progress

* Manually updated from App Store when notified of an update

Problem info:

Everything was working fine until yesterday morning - I opened the app to find Deathclaws banging on the vault door, but not breaking through. My returned dwellers didn't run away from them, either. I figured it was a glitch, so I closed out of the app to try and reopen it. Ever since, I've been stuck on the loading screen. I've restarted my phone and the app many times to no avail.

Please let me know what can be done to fix this situation - I've spent money on lunchboxes that is wasted if I have to start over completely.

What does it take to get a reply to these issues? I see so many people with the same problem, yet no fix/suggestions/acknowledgements from devs at all. I understand these things happen, but jeez...it's basic customer service. Thank you.
