Another look a starting Perks

Having gotten to level 10 I'm taking another look at what Perks I chose and also which Perks I wish I had chosen.

One thing I noted is that I quickly got over-encumbered with junk and being able to scrap armor and guns for parts it pretty big to me now. I would have gotten Scrapper (I-5) a lot sooner. Course Gun Nut (I-3) and Armorer (S-3) to make stuff. Also Hacker (I-4) and Locksmith (P-4). After getting all of those I would have started putting points into perks that just cause more damage. I can always fight better and smarter, but those initial perks are a must have. I will then upgrade those perks as soon as I have the character level that allows it.

Unfortunately I can easily see every character I make following the exact same early perks. The only real difference between them is the weapon type and weapon damage perks I choose later. But the way I see it just about everyone needs these early perks asap.

So what perks, now that some playing is done, are your starters?
