Hello. I'm a Fallout 3 vet on the 360. I bought the PC version and I'm very excited to use mods. I have been searching for some myself but I was wondering if you guys would be kind enough to either recommend some you really like or mention some for the sorts of things I'm looking for.

I found the Wanderer's Edition and that looks good but I'm not sure about the alternate start, and if it changes things I don't want it to (there are a lot of changes).

What's really important to me is level slow, making it much harder to find money, ammo and chems, and making it harder to heal after getting hurt. And a New Vegas survival mode would be cool too. Also removing the "enchanted" effects on armour and clothing but I think I can do that if there aren't any.

Are there any other must have mods to enhance the game (not drastically change it) that you can recommend?
