Hi E_W :wavey:. Lots o' RL, but enough time to update things now and again--updated psychodog tut links, now that the place has changed its location. All the more reason to eventually get these tuts uploaded, permissions permitting.

Edit: Figured out how to save psychodog tuts after OldeCowe told me it should just work as normal. :embarrased:

They changed the site from .net to .com just switch that and you'll find them again. There has been resent... unpleasantness, involving linking directly to their forums though so I'd recomend against doing so. And probably the site itself until the matter is properly sorted and adressed.

Psychodog Studios has video tutorials for beginners in modelling and texturing . . . they are short (5-7 minutes) and may interest particularly those with fast downloads as they run 7-14mb each

Zenorf http://www.psychodogstudios.com/forums/showthread.php?t=486
Xaphod http://www.psychodogstudios.com/forums/showthread.php?t=500
Neuman http://www.psychodogstudios.com/forums/showthread.php?t=505

Not sure it has been reported, but all the psychodogstudios video tutorials links in their forum are broken... :(

PS: and thanks for this thread! :)

Geez, you don't need to cough so loud, E_W. ;)

I am not trawling for new resources but happy to post them if they do exist . . . However, I realized while changing from one computer to another that I HAVE all these tuts on my hard drive(s)(s)(s) and if anyone would like them, they are welcome to them.

I just haven't been around in so long I've forgotten how to use YouSendIt, etc. :embarrass:

Are there any that don't have a permanent home or two?

If you have all of these, I would greatly appreciate it if you could zip them up into one package, and either email it to me, (if less than 10 meg.) or put it up somewhere that I could download it. (without have to collect them from many different places.....)

On a side note, would it be possible to have these hosted in one location?

Thank you very much to all who contributed, or, helped in any way with this compilation. This is an invaluable resource, and I am just stunned that it has been around for so long, and I have never seen it. Makes you wonder what other gems are hiding in there, or, have been victims of the cull......

Two others you may wish to consider that weren't out when most of this list was created:

Finding and Cleaning "dirty" Cells from Merging Mods - http://www.mwmythicmods.com/Dirty%20Cell%20Cleanup.pdf

MW Mod Landmass Conflict Checker aka MMGUM - http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=6000

Wow.. just wow.. this is a lot of info to sift through. That's exciting! I left MW due to off and on problems and when I came back many of my learning resouces were dead, so I lost my fire for the CS, which I find "clunky" to begin with, due to low manueveraiblty. But this just may help me out once again. I lost most of my previous know how cuz I have a really awful memory and it would have been too hard to relearn stuff without things like these.

My concern is, do these have a permant home? Due to the nature of this info, it takes me awhile to learn it and there is alot. I'd hate to have it die off again before I'm done with it. I could of course, copy paste everything into some sort of doc and disk it, but it would take a long time to be sure I got everything and organize it in a readable fashion.

Not sure . . . but in my view there cannot be too many permanent (?!?!?!) homes for resources.

I will go find the tuts Rougetet mentioned--thanks!

Thanks for the kind words, Kobalt, Maholit. As for other gems, I believe Yacoby had this list at his site at one point as well as many, many other archived forum threads: http://www.yacoby.net/es/forum/ If I haven't mentioned it before (note to self), Mythic Mods also keeps older threads here: http://www.mwmythicmods.com/archives.htm. I believe I have; it's easy to forget things you once knew--for example, HeyYou, I'm not sure this is the first time you've seen this thread, because you first posted in it in Sept. '06! :D

Ah . . . mem'ries. :violin:

I just checked what I have and it's 93MB zipped but totally disorganized. I'm away from my home computer and from high-speed internet, so I'll have to upload it next week, whether organized or dis-. Any more links before then would be quite welcome!

:deal: Reminder to self--snag the latest version of MW Scripting for Dummies.

Reminder to self--snag the latest version of MW Scripting for Dummies.

Anyone know where v.9 might be hosted, aside from FileFront? My googling abilities seem poor.

Added that and this:

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Utilities.Detail&id=58
"The Morrowind Script Library is a growing resource for the community! . . . Included within it are over 70 scripts covering a whole host of topics (see below). " on PES

Oh yeah and compiling the giganormous download . . .

I have trouble remembering what I did before lunch yesterday...... And you 'spect me to 'member something from two years ago?? It wasn't me... Yeah, that's it...... Not me. Nope.

93MB? Well, looks like emailing isn't going to work.... Being able to download the entire package would be good though, disorganized or no... Thanks for keeping this up.
