i still have a wiki somewhere. i will check and see how much stuff i can put on it. if it will fit, i wouldn't mind putting it on there, seeing as the only useful thing there at the moment is very very small.

The forum original post http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=825038 may be worthwhile to provide in both the WIKI and a link in the OP.

I made a http://rockergamerz.googlepages.com/. I just finished this during Easter. This is a request by clownbaton. I am not a native English so I still doubt it if my tutorial is good enough. I would like to hear some criticism to my tutorial if someone interested.

Here is a thread that folks need to see from time to time. I needed it just now, in fact. *dusts off thread*

I've written an exterior modding(I guess you'd call it landscaping?) tutorial that's pretty comprehensive, hosted here:

http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/tutorials§ion=251365

Tamriel Rebuilt also hosts an array of tutorials for various aspects of modding, and might possibly have some that aren't listed here or are impossible to find elsewhere:

You may.

bjam's toolbox and RWTS's Modding on a $0 budget have a tremendous amount of information about things like free modder's tools (irfanview, the Gimp, Blender, etc.) which, while not MW specific, are either incredibly helpful or virtually must-haves for MW modding.

Adding others that I see since I've last looked at this thread . . .

Great landscaping tutorial, haplowbartow--and thanks for the particle effects tut, rockergamerz. It's very easy to understand.

As for the idea of uploading these . . . well, I'm about half done downloading things, and my tutorials file is 160MB. The project is certainly too big for me to do on my own, so if people want these hosted somewhere in one spot, volunteers are welcome. Otherwise, just keep adding links and/or updating the thread, please :)

Worthwhile cross-referencing to A1x2e3l's excellent outline of animation and associated tutorials here

Nifskope Tutorials are in the works, early drafts are available http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=955345 as they get written. I'll edit this post when they get uploaded to proper homes. So long this thread stays away from the purge bottom and below the 200 post limit.

No, I wish I had. Anyone else?

Kinda makes you think some archiving is way overdue, as suggested above:

They're not dead, the url's hadn't been updated since the PDS domain change. They should work now.

Alright, it looks as though these will finally be online, albeit in a profoundly disorganized from for the moment.

I've uploaded my entire file of tutorials to Morrowind Modding History--I think. I hope that Fliggerty will be able to sort out my mangling of the file transfer and make the compressed folder available to people. It's 137MB and I really can't summarize what's in it. In fact, I don't really know myself. There's no index, readme, or list of contents, although if you open the folder there are several things that appear to be a list of contents. The closest there is to an ACTUAL list is the notepad file called "TutorialsContents".

If anyone has the time to sort through the material and organize it more clearly, please be my guest! Meanwhile, I hope it will be of some use to some folks.

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread and who offered help; much appreciated.

This feels more like necromancy than a thread bump, but this list is worth reviving anyway.
