So I've never watched E3 before and I'm wondering if, or I should say when, we get new info on Skyrim, when will we actually be getting the new/screens/trailer/gameplay? During E3 or after?
I'm leaning towards: the info being released when Skyrim is shown off at E3...but I don't know; like I said, I never watched it and don't know anything about it except this one will be epic and probably will be the only one I watch, until TES: VI
Well, it wouldn't do you any good to watch the live media coverage because Bethesda's booth will be closed. The best you would get is a reporter standing outside the closed booth spouting information already released.

Wait, so it is better to wait for Skyrim info on the forums/web than wasting time by watching IGN's/GameSpot's live feed?

That's the thing, their live feed won't show ANYTHING about Skyrim. The booth is exclusive (invite only to select reporters). So yes, it would be better to just wait for articles, and there will probably be some footage or a demo released too. I mean, it's E3, they better give us something good if the booth is closed.

Ah that's goods to know ahead of time, thanks a lot! :tops: Btw, if it is invite only to reporters, do you think maybe GI will be one of them?
Last year there were a bunch of websites doing live demos of FNV. I don't see why the same wouldn't happen with Skyrim. Not to mention one of the press conferences .
G4 will have all the extensive E3 coverage, along with commercial free live streaming of the press conferences for the big 3.
Pete said their booth, however, will be closed off and they "hopefully" can show the public "something around E3". So i'm thinking they will release something a little before, or after, E3. I don't think we'll actually see much of anything June 7-9 from the E3 expo itself.
