is it just me or does anyone else not see a big difference? at least in his posted pics. the pics looks the same before and after. p90x transformation pics now those are BIG difference in before and after lol.

I think the first and last one will help you see the biggest difference. Everything seems a little more blurry and a little darker (less lightning) in the game's max settings

Before looks better.....just sayin'....

It's hard to tell the difference. You might have to re-post pictures. Try looking at important things like textures or the sky and more. Do a experiment.

I had to change the frame max to 200fps - everything at 5 level looks very very nice still well over 100fps 1920x1200.. although its about 20fps lower than the std. max graphics. nice work!!!

Which is the specific cvar that removes that blur that occurs 20ft away?

enhance lightning, more defined leaf and grass, dont you see !? Even the rocks behind the soldier on the left looks more precise

These people must be running on monitors less than 1920 x 1200 resolution, because I can CLEARLY see the difference, even on my smallest monitor, which is 24" widescreen. After looks sharper and there's less redundant shadowing. Some of the shadows in Crysis 2 don't make sense, given the light source. Also, ambient occlusion is far overdone in the before, I'm glad it's trimmed and more realistic in the after-shots.

Have you tried the config in stereo-3D (NVIDIA 3D Vision?) It's AMAZING. I can't go back to playing Crysis 2 in 2D now. **** literally pops out of the screen. In 3D mode, the cell-systems.net config generator really fixes a lot of the shadow problems (notably "ghosting") that I encountered with standard config in 3D.

This mod add unreal or overdone lighting. Some places/spots on map/walls are darker not because CryEngine 3 sux, but because it should look like that.

LoL why everything is so blurry on first picture?! I have way sharper graphic on my PC, are those photoshop manipulated screens or what? o.O

hey, i have a problem. I'm running 470 sli, and with this config i get the shadow problem. Is there a setting i need to change for it to go away.

Are the textures improved in this mod? Or is it just an improvement in lighting?

Nah textures are the same but somewhat the blur seems gone on it so for most of them they feel way sharper. As for the other things I think Killer Sneak would be the best person explain what it does, Im only a happy user.


BTW , the initial pic seem to have a lot of blur but this is sadly the Extreme setting untouched, comparing is believing
