so how many of us are gonna stay up in europe to check the e-mail and how many in us are gonna have their fingers crossed?

If I was a betting man, and I am, I'd bet there was going to be an email today.. Count on it!

The front groups should start getting emails by noon ( for NA ). I'm in Namira's Brood and they get sent out 4 to 5 hrs later. I get an email around 5 PM on every Tuesday before a stress test.

A good indicator is the beta client itself. If you find it updating...

After last week's Tweet - "Beta invites coming soon, watch your email", I would say there is a pretty high% chance they send out invites today. But I guess we will see

When i wake shortly from my mid afternoon nap if their is no update then their is no beta unless the patch has been delayed a day. This is how its happened to me every single beta.

That's true. Also, aside from the email, last beta I just logged onto the beta forums. That was esurance enough. and it was several hrs before I received an official email.

Yeah, I was able to log into the beta forum as soon as I saw the first wave of invites go out. And I didn't receive an email until many hours later.

the two times i was invited i got them on thursday.

I am checking my email all the time. I'm also opening the client and trying to log in the beta forum every few minutes, too.

I'll just check my e-mail when I wake up tommorow morning. If there is an e-mail then beta is on. If not then I will spend another weekend watching bits of game footage on youtube.

It's important to note that you do get beta invites at different times, depending on your group. I often get mine much later than the announcement that says they're going out.

usually speaking , how big is the update between each beta?

It varies significantly. I recall one update being 20 gigs. The update today is about 60MB, so it just varies.
