What if a new way was introduced ino he Civil War questline in Skyrim, in which during the peace summit by the Greybeards you show the people the Thalmor dossier on Ulfric Stormcloak the people and have the Imperials in skyrim seperate from the main group and rebel against the Thalmor. While doing things such as enlisting the Red guard in Hammerfell and mabye even dragons such as Paarthanax and Dunhaviir. What do you think?

Bethesda has finished with Skyrim so that will not happen.

I suppose you could make this into a mod. Paarthurnax and Durnehviir wouldn't accept participating in such a petty war though.

How would showing the dossier change anything? It only reinforces what each side already thinks anyway.

It shows for one how the Thalmor worked behind he Imperial legion's back possibly angering Tullius into taking action and two, how Ulfric was being used by the Thalmor with the continuation of the war possibly angering Ulfric actually almost guarenteed to anger him.
