I'm trying to re-install the Hostile Waters game after re-installing Win XP on my machine. I had it running once before without any problems, but now I can't get it to load up.

The install seems to go well, but when I try running the game, the loader window doesn't show the "play" button, and instead pops up an error box complaining about "Direct Draw enumeration failed".

I'm using DirectX 9.0c and everything should be patched and updated to the latest drivers. The only "real" difference on my computer since the last time I ran the game is I installed a new graphics card. Before, I was using a Radeon X850, now I'm using a Radeon X1950 Crossfire.

Could it be the new graphics card is simply "too modern" for this ancient game to figure out? Or maybe there's something that didn't install properly that I'm missing? I'd hate to lose one of my fav games, but I need the card, too.
