Anti-Ban Skyrim Petition

Post » Sun Dec 11, 2011 12:37 am

Dear friends,

It has come to my attention that someone has created a petition to ban Skyrim from the U.S.
So I created one to counter that one. Pleas sign it.

I need at least 25,000 people to sign it by December 27, 2011 for it to count.

The petition to ban Skyrim has almost 400 signatures so far.

We the People allows anyone to create and sign petitions asking the Obama
Administration to take action on a range of issues. If a petition gets
enough support, the Obama Administration will issue an official response.

You can view and sign the petition here:

http://wh.gov/jf6

Here's some more information about this petition:

Allow Skyrim tobe sold and played in then U.S.
The game Skyrim should not be banned for sale in the United States. It is the
parents choice to allow or disallow their children to play this game or not.

Please pass this a long on your facebook page or twitter or what ever you use, thank you.

The White House petitions are kind of a joke already, but there's no need to make them even more of one. Nobody wants to ban Skyrim. Where did you even come up with that idea?

Dear friends,

I wanted to let you know about a new petition I created on We the People, a
new feature on WhiteHouse.gov, and ask for your support. Will you add your
name to mine? If this petition gets 25,000 signatures by December 27, 2011,
the White House will review it and respond!

Please tell me this isn't about that Christwire.org article... Christwire is a parody site, just like the onion.com. No one is trying to ban the game...

It might help the incredulous if someone were to link to the ChristWire articles and "petition". It is satire.

Man, that petition is a joke. I'm sure some website is doing this to just get some laughs at this White House Petition bs. I mean come on...they said the game was made by blizzard, and then blatantly mocked Microsoft and Sony on creating avatars and login names...
