"Hack free" is pretty much impossible. Technology is always evolving, new methods are always discovered. It's like saying "if any viruses get past my anti-virus, I'll never use it again." An antivirus program can't protect against every single virus. This is why they recommend you run more tan 1 antivirus program, more than 1 spyware program, etc.
This is very true Horse, but many games fight hacking and permanently ban offenders. FPS games seem to have a lower standard, or perhaps hackers tend to target this genre more than others. Either way If a serious anti hacking approach is taken, than it makes a huge difference in the community and ends up eliminating a huge portion of the problem relatively quickly. It's the tolerance of hacking and the lack of effort in most FPS's to eliminate it that causes my concern. I hope Brink takes a different approach to fighting hackers than your standard FPS where hacking tends to run rampant.
