I just started a char that's a self declared Vigilant of Stendarr that uses a mace in one hand and a restoration spell the other (ward, healing, and anti undead spells mainly), and I was wondering if anyone knew of any quests that the main focus is to destroy daedra/necromancers/undead/vampires. Obviously Dawnguard, but that's the only one I got so far. I don't fell very comfortable doing "good" daedric quests (like Meridia's Beacon), because becoming a champion of a daedra is against every fiber in a true Vigilant's body.
