This will not stop people from cheating or hacking completely, but it acts as a means of detection and mediation depending on how you configure it. I originally found this config file a while back from searching the internet and have continued to modify it to get more out of it.
The code I am including in this message is a "detuned" version so you are free to play with the values yourself and find a level of logging and penalties that suit you. If you have experience with this file and know tricks on configuring it, please share!
This xml file is validated and will work when placed in the "Crysis 2" directory of your server where the banned.xml, dedicated.cfg, etc reside. You will need to restart your server once this file is in place.
