Anty mods that have a questline/story that doesn't require a : Fallout 3

I am looking for a mod that has a questline or a story that doesn't require an official plug in. All of the mods I see now all require them but I don't have any and I do not wish to get them. So is there any mod that has a questline or a story that doesn't require official plug ins?

Forgot about this one, I got it installed myself. I totally forgot about it though and ruined the vault in my current playthrough.

My current WIP does, but it wont be done for another 2 months. In the mean time you could test it, or wait for its official release. (See signature)
