If we're talking about alternative rock then yeah I love bands like Radiohead, Dinosaur Jr., Pixies etc.

I'm with most of everyone else who thinks Scott should have stuck to playing very intuitive and indeed very alternative bass and left band politics to some one else in 1988. He had very opiniated um opinions.. hee..sorry.. on most of everything. At least I saw the band in Birmingham(UK not Allybammy) 'afore the split. His reign as bandmeister left the world browner and beigier a few years before prostate cancer did its tragic work. But then Frank was always as opinionated as his bass player.
