Hi i've scowered fallout nexus for something close to what i want but nothing cuts it, anyone want to help? its only a small home i want made for me?

Try making one on your own, it's really not that hard. All you have to do is follow the tutorial in the GECK. That way you would learn something about how it works. You would also you have a better idea of what you want to see in your mod and have a sense of accomplishing something on your own. Besides, you might find that you like modding, it may be a pain learning, but can be addictive once it gets in your blood.

I agree making houses can be quite easy really, in fact the hardest part for me is the creative aspect I find myself spending hours just to place several objects and still be unhappy. Also, no one can make exactly what you want, if you make your own house it will be just for you and no one else will have the same thing.
