Just because it's a bit overly convenient as a hub of merchants and trainers I'm trying to do a character that never goes to Balmora. Would anyone know if there's a spell merchant that sells Bound Bow other than the ones in Balmora. UESP only lists the one's in Balmora but they sometimes don't mention all the vendors for every spell.
