Any conflicts using these two mods together?

I'd like to use http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1061165-relz-animated-morrowind/ , along with http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1104873-relz-morrowind-comes-alive-60/ for a bit of a more alive world like Oblivion's that I'm used to. I was wondering if there would be any conflicts with using both of these? Not sure if they both mess with leveled lists or how I would fix that if they did. I've used mods before but mostly just realism/dungeon mods for Oblivion. Thanks.

Animated doesn't do anything except add a few new NPCs in specific locations. No leveled list.
Unless one of those NPCs is sitting right on a MCA spawn point, (which is unlikely) there will be no conflict. Even then, it would just be a crowded spot.

I see I must have read the info on animated wrong, thought that it changed a lot of already existing npc's to do the animations not just adding new ones. Thanks again Pluto. You have been quite helpful.

Well, a few existing NPCs will have new animations. But they won't cause conflicts of any sort.
