My first character is still in the vault. I am now not able to exit Terminals ... seem to get physically glitched part way into terminal so upon exit my character is stuck in place. Sadly, this means that my character cannot even exit the vault.
Anyone else with this issue?
I was able to read a terminal or two, and then ... glitching. :-\

If you are at the beginning... reload previous save or create duplicate character...

In past games the same key that got you into something got you out. Now, you have to use a different key entirely. It took me a few terminals to figure it out. But I could use the terminals in the vault just fine.
One thing to try, if your on PC and using the keyboard is to disable the gamepad and vibration.

Yes, other people are having trouble with this. I've found these topics but none of the 'fixes' mentioned have worked for me. Supposedly it has to do with high refresh rates, but even if I cap mine, it happens.

Happened to me to. I think this occurs when you exit the terminal and then move your camera while in the exit animation.

I can no longer use any of the terminals and do anything related to them because I immediately get stuck. I've tried all the fixes mentioned everywhere on the internet (Steam, Reddit, etc.) and none work. Hopefully Bethesda releases a fix. Nothing more frustrating then not being able to do a lot of the things in the game. I use the controller with this game on pc. I've tried using just the keyboard and mouse and it doesn't work either. I've got a 960 GTX graphics card so I'm not playing on some low resolution thing. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as it's making the game impossible to really play through and complete everything. Glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue. I hope this means they plan to fix it soon.
