Any fiddle players?

Hey everybody! I want to learn how to play fiddle and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what brand/price range of fiddle would be a good starting point to play on. I would also like to mention that I play guitar, so this won't be my first instrument.

I plan on learning Irish fiddle music like this:

Edit: I forgot to put that I plan on taking lessons to learn the basic techniques.

Irish folk music's great. Sure it all kinda sounds the same but it's very uplifting without being sappy (I usually find uplifting music to be sappy).

EDIT: When you get better learn the Monti Csardas.

My grandfather and 3 cousins are proficient fiddle players, unfortunately I did not inherit their genes. lol
